The images are captured in RAW format, 16 bits, Pro Photo color space to capture the widest possible color gamut.The capture will include industry standard stepped gray scale and color patch as shown above to assure the best color reproduction by your chosen service bureau.The final image will then be converted to .tif 8 bit Adobe 1998 unless otherwise requested. It will the clients responsibility to back up the digital files provided and keep the disc in a safe moisture free temperature controlled environment. We are not responsible for damaged or lost files once they leave our possession. We do not archive your files and your files will be purged from the hardrives on a regular basis.

We are artists ourselves and understand the value and honor all copyright ownerships. We will only copy artwork or work on digital files supplied by client were the client is the creator and if not client must have written copyright release by the original artists. No exceptions.

All steps are taken to assure that your capture is color balanced on color calibrated monitors to the highest specs the medium allows. Due to limitations of the digital medium and different reflective values of the paints and surfaces some colors may not reproduce exactly as the eye sees them on the artwork itself. This is mostly academic and splitting hairs as in the vast majority of cases you will not be able to tell the difference if there was one.

Due to the inherent differences and capabilities of the different reproduction mediums. It is the clients responsibility to proof and work directly with their chosen service bureau to achieve the quality of reproduction that will satisfy their standards.
